In July 2018, ISCU signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with South China Technology Commercialization Center. South China Technology Commercialization Center is a state-owned technology transfer hub. Both parties will work together to promote Israeli technologies transfer and land in China, Israeli talent introduction and project investment, which will contribute to technology matching in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area.
